Pastor must have a lifestyle according to the Bible

v     One wife and children

v     Pray and fast – consistently

v     Covenant person with God: Tithes and Offering

v     Studies God’s Word

v     Operates in the Gifts of the Spirit

v     Man of strong faith

EXPECTED OF THE MEMBERS

v     Must attend Christian Orientation

v     Must be willing to be disciple by leaders in the church

v     Must have a lifestyle that complies with the Bible

v     Must share in the vision of this church: words and deeds

v     Must be willing to pray and fast for one another

v     Must have regular attendance during church events

o       Sunday events, Prayer, Bible Study, and seminars

v     Must be a Giver: Tithes and Offering

v     Must  be willing to evangelize others based upon personality

Leadership Positions

            Lead by showing the way, especially by going first

            Leader – a person who leads by example

Leadership

            *Must comply with the vision of the church in deeds

            *Must be willing to set examples for others to follow

            *Must attend leadership conference

Qualifications

            *Full of the Holy Ghost…Acts 6:3

            *Faithful in all things

            *Able to handle his/her household…I Timothy 3
